A Lifesaver

It does exactly what I need it to, no internet required. Nice features included like saved word lists and whatnot. Only downside is that it force pauses any audio processes going on when its first opened, regardless of whether or not the word pronunciation is turned on (mine is not). Would be a nice fix but its such a small issue in comparison to how useful it is.
